I would like to begin this post by saying THANK-YOU to every-buddy who voted for Jb and I in the Swedish Hasbeens contest! We were very close to getting second place but facebook friends and fellow bloggers kept throwing the call out there, and in the end we won by about 60 votes! Definitely a Christmas Miracle. I snagged these lovely Penny Loafers and Jb chose the Chelsea boots (pics to come!). Man oh man they are beautiful. So well made and sturdy. I love the thick heel! Also I have been living in this black velvet skirt. There's something about velvet... it just goes hand in hand with the holiday season.
