saturday proved to be real productive. despite the overwhelming urge to nap we managed to go to yoga, do laundry, get bubble tea/
pho/groceries and even go thrifting - pretty good for a lazy, sunny saturday if i do say so myself. yeah! (trying to stay positive amidst buckets of reading and unpacking to do...)

i made sure to put my parisian closet philosophy into practice at the thrift store and managed to only walk away with one striped sweater and a pair of men's chino shorts (although i was dearly tempted by the excess of jerry maguire VHS copies). i almost took home this pennyfarthing blouse, but knowing i would probably only wear it a few times decided let it go. le sigh.
when i bought this skirt i had intentions of shortening it, but i just loved the material so much i couldn't bare to slice it up. i'm glad i took the risk, it's nice to have a long, fall skirt to wear. anyone else take any personal style risks this fall?
